SHIPPING POLICY

Our policy is “order ahead” so we will always deliver your order after 24 hours of order placement. Cut off time for next day delivery is 6 PM.

Orders can still be placed however will be delivered the following day i.e not the next day but the day after that.

If you are ordering for a third party please share contact number for smooth delivery. Order confirmation will be sent to your email ID. We only send delivery time and shipping details over whats app.

In case of unforeseen delays due to any reason like weather conditions etc we will keep you well informed and hope for your co-operation.

REFUND POLICY

Order can be cancelled without cancellation charges within 1 hour of order placement, beyond that cancellation is with a 12% cancellation charge. 

No refund for cancellation on day of delivery.

If for any unforeseeable reason, we are unable to fulfill the order Zuccotto will inform you and refund your amount.
